This happens to approximately 1% of our orders. We are given the same tracking information through USPS that you do, so unfortunately, there's not much more we could do on our end. However, we recommend the following steps to our customers to track down missing packages:
1. Check with your immediate neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to them.
2. If this is an international order, please check with your local post office to see if they are holding it.
3. Contact your local post office right away and ask to speak to the actual mailperson who delivers mail to your street. Ask him/her about the package and the day it says it was delivered.
4. Wait 1-2 days to see if it turns up. Often the mailperson seems to mark it as Delivered but will deliver it in fact a couple days later. We are unsure why this happens.
By following the above steps, almost all of our customers track down their packages. If you have done all of the above, please contact us to let us know, and we can issue a replacement.
