There are some pH-dependent forms of Vitamin C such as L-Ascorbic Acid (L-AA), but El Dorado uses Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate (THDA), which is a stable, oil-soluble form of Vitamin C. It is an anhydrous (water-free) serum, and so does not have a pH.
